Polk County’s Darryl Ceasar earned a second-place finish in the 106-pound class, leading the Wolverines in the Western Highlands Conference wrestling tournament at Madison.

Ceasar reached the finals before falling to Madison’s Zachary Morrow on a first-period pin.

120 pounds: Evan Miller, fourth

126 pounds: Preston Burnett, fourth

152 pounds: Dillon Knighton, third

170 pounds: Bryson Seay, fourth

285 pounds: Devin Panchyshyn, third

Polk County will now wait and see which wrestlers earn spots in the 2A West Regional meet, slated for Feb. 10-11 at West Lincoln High School.
