Polk County Republican Headquarters holds presidential debate viewing party

The Polk County Republican Headquarters in Columbus held a viewing party Monday night for the first presidential debate between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. The party is the first of three parties to be held for each debate. Donald Trump hats, T-shirts and pins were sold during the party and a letter urging undecided voters to vote for Trump penned by Dr. Patricia Komorous, chairman of the Trump 2016 Polk County campaign, were also handed out to partygoers. Polk County residents are invited to attend the debate parties on Sunday, Oct. 9 and Wednesday, Oct. 19 at the headquarters on 33 Peak Street at 8:30 p.m. For more information on the parties and how to volunteer with the campaign, visit trump2016polkconc.com.
