To the editor:

Have we been given any alternative to this 40 miles of destruction through the mountains? I’d like to suggest that we have smaller, local power plants that can be nestled into the mountains, with room for future expansion. This might cost more, but would be preferable to plummeting property values, damage to the environment and having to look at this eyesore for the rest of our lives. Share your thoughts with local legislators, sign the petition at change.org, and pass the word on to friends. Let’s hear about creative alternatives now and demand a better solution before it’s too late!
