Polk County District Court results for June 25

In Polk County District Court Wednesday, June 25, 2014, with Judge Laura Powell presiding, 216 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.
The following persons were convicted of a crime:
Daniel Wyatt Adcock was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Adcock was to pay court costs.
Cristal Yulia Figueroa was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Figueroa was fined $30 and court costs.
Brian Curtis Flanders was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Flanders was to pay court costs.
Phil Candler Lewis was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Lewis was fined $30 and court costs.
Kelly Marie McCullah was convicted of failure to appear on misdemeanor. McCullah was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, a $40 fine and court costs.
Mitchell Adam Page was convicted of breaking and or entering. Page was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation, 24 hours of community service, $1,000 in restitution and court costs.
Anne Marie Paine was convicted of level five driving while impaired and open container after consumption of alcohol first. Paine was sentenced to 18 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs for driving while impaired and fined $25 for open container.
Charles Jason Sanders was convicted of level one driving while impaired. Sanders was sentenced to 24 months supervised probation, 30 days in jail and court costs.
Janet Sloan Waters was convicted of no operator’s license. Waters was to pay court costs.
Jeremy Burne Williams was convicted of no operator’s license. Williams was fined $50.
Richard James Wise was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Wise was fined $35.
