McGraw murder trial postponed in Polk County Superior Court

The murder of trial for Travis McGraw, scheduled for Polk County Superior Court beginning on Monday, Jan. 27 has been postponed, according to the Polk County Clerk of Courts office.
Superior court will occur next week, when a new date for the trial could be set.
McGraw, 46, of Hendersonville, was charged with first-degree murder of his wife, Vanessa Mintz. Mintz was found with a gunshot wound to the head at the Saluda Mountain Lodge on Feb. 19, 2011.
At the time of her murder, Mintz’s family owned the lodge and they were doing renovations.
McGraw was arrested four days after the murder.
He was released from jail in May 2013 after posting a $75,000 bond.
