Carolyn A. Wood and Anthony W. Wood of Campobello would like to announce the engagement of their daughter, Katie Elizabeth Wood to Bryan Lewis McDaniel of Sumter, S.C.
Wood is the granddaughter of Fannie Belle Ayers and the late James Ayers, and the late Mary L. Wood. McDaniel is the son of Richard McDaniel Jr. and Cathy McFaddin Sumter. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Richard McDaniel Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Baak.
Bryan McDaniel is a graduate of Sumter High School and is currently attending Charleston Southern University where he is majoring in business administration.
Katie Wood is a graduate of Spartanburg Christian Academy. She is a graduate of Charleston Southern University where she majored in early childhood education.
The wedding will take place on Aug. 11, 2012 in Summerville, S.C.
