This photograph is of Zeb Kuykendall, who was the Harmon Field caretaker from the 1940s until the mid to late 1960s prior to Shank Hipp taking over as caretaker.

The Kuykendalls are holding a family reunion at Harmon Field this Sunday, April 29 with family members encouraged to bring old photographs of Zeb and/or Harmon Field in order to create a history book of Harmon Field. The reunion will be held at the long shed beginning at 1 p.m. Zeb Kuykendall spent his life in Tryon, had two children, Evelyn and James and died in 1967 shortly after retiring as Harmon Field caretaker.
