Artwork to benefit Lennie’s Kids
The Grassroots Art Project invites everyone to join in a creative acrylic workshop on Saturday, Feb. 11 from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. at the Congregational Church in Tryon.
The group will experiment with the various uses of the acrylic medium while discovering each artist’s unique methods and styles. All ability levels are encouraged to participate, including novices. There is no fee and all materials will be provided.
The goal is to have fun and create artwork that may be sold to benefit Lennie’s “special cases” and the Foothills Humane Society.
Class times will be every Saturday from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Congregational Church.
