Winter in the Woods talk with naturalist Tim Lee at FENCE

Winter in the woods

Winter in the woods

The Foothills Equestrian Nature Center is excited to welcome back naturalist Tim Lee for a fantastic, free educational program for all ages. Be sure to join us in the great room at FENCE on Saturday, Jan. 30, at 2 p.m. to learn all about the animals and plants that call the woods their home and the ways they are adapted to survive the harsh winters.

Tim Lee is an interpretive ranger at the Mountain Bridge Wilderness Area, which contains both Caesars Head State Park and Jones Gap State Park in South Carolina. Tim Lee brings with him a plethora of knowledge and expertise.

For more information about upcoming events at FENCE visit fence.org or call us at 828-859-9021. The Foothills Equestrian Nature Center is located at 3381 Hunting Country Rd., Tryon, N.C. Thank you to the Kirby Endowment at the Polk County Community Foundation for making this event possible.
