The Tryon Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a man believed to have committed a larceny from the Tryon Laundromat.

The person of interest was at the Laundromat on Fri., April 8 between 5:35-6 p.m. The Tryon Laundromat is located on South Trade Street, across from the IGA grocery store and next to a car wash.

The person of interest is described as a white male, wearing a ball cap, blue jeans and a light colored shirt and possibly driving an older model dark Ford truck with a tool box.

Tryon sent out a Nixle message seeking information on Mon., April 11.

Anyone with information regarding the person seen in the surveillance photos is urged to contact the Tryon Police Department at 828-859-9195.
