Thomas Jefferson presents “The Devil and Daniel Webster”

Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy: A Challenge Foundation Academy, is pleased to present “The Devil and Daniel Webster,” Friday and Saturday evenings, April 22 and 23 at 7 p.m., and a Sunday matinee April 24, at 1:30 p.m.

“The Devil and Daniel Webster” is Stephen Vincent Benet’s classic retelling of the Faust legend with a decidedly American twist. What happens when Jabez Stone, a subsistence farmer in Cross Corners, N.H., makes a deal with ‘Old Scratch’ for money and success? Can America’s greatest statesman and lawyer do battle with the Devil himself for Stone’s soul, or will the Devil have his due?

Find out this weekend at the TJCA-CFA Drama Club’s production of “The Devil and Daniel Webster.” Admission in advance by emailing Mr. Foust at jfoust@tjca.org. or at the door.
