Fiber Friends of Tryon to exhibit at Gaffney Art Gallery

An exhibit of eclectic media by Fiber Friends of Tryon, a group of fiber media artists from western North Carolina and upstate South Carolina, opens Jan. 14 at the Gaffney Visitors Center and Art Gallery, Gaffney, S.C. Fiber Friends meet monthly at the Tryon Arts and Crafts School. Membership is by invitation.  For more information regarding Fiber Friends call 828-859-8323.

 

The exhibit continues through Feb. 26.  There will be a reception Friday, Jan. 15 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Exhibiting artists will be at the reception to discuss their works. Many of the pieces are for sale.

 

The gallery is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and on Saturdays from
