John Kenneth Snyder, age 43, of Tryon passed away Thursday evening, October 7, 2010 at the Gibbs Cancer Center in Spartanburg, S.C.

John was a wonderful husband to Allison Whelchel Snyder and his biggest love was being a father to Spencer Kenneth Snyder, Quincy Kenneth Snyder and Jillian Elizabeth Snyder.

There will be a memorial service to celebrate his life on Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at the Columbus United Methodist Church, 76 North Peak Street, Columbus.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Family is at the home.
