Dear Aunty Pam,

So my boyfriend and I live together and he just stole my neighbor’s cat. The back story is the cat was left outside most of the time, even when it’s cold and raining, and just looked miserable and underfed. She also had a bad case of ear mites that my boyfriend took it to the vet for and had treated. The vet also said she was full of worms and treated that, too.

My boyfriend loves this cat, and the cat loves him, but I’m freaking out because the neighbor’s been calling for the cat the last week, and I just know she’s going to knock on our door and ask if we’ve seen it. My boyfriend says she doesn’t deserve to have the cat, and I say maybe that’s so, but stealing the cat is wrong.

What say you?

Signed,

Catnapper

Dear Catnapper,

Absolutely spot on. Stealing another person’s property is flat-out wrong, case closed.

So Aunty Pam is not going to tell you what to do, because you already know the difference between right and wrong.

Just make sure you change the litter box at night when it’s less likely anyone is watching.

Cheers, dears!!

Aunty Pam
