LANDRUM—The P3 Animal Assistance Foundation has announced the return of the highly-anticipated Paws in Landrum pet expo on Saturday, March 22, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Joe Cunningham, Jr. Market Pavillion, home of the Landrum Farmers Market.

Building on the success of last year’s event, organizers say this year promises to be even bigger and better, featuring more vendors, food, and animals.

The Paws in Landrum expo is an opportunity for residents to explore the various animal services available in our community. It will be a day filled with activities, education, and a chance to meet fellow animal enthusiasts.

For businesses interested in participating in the event, the foundation invites potential corporate sponsors and animal-related vendors to reach out for more information. Applications are currently being accepted, and spots are filling up quickly.

P3 (Paws, Prayers, and Promises), one of the rescues that will be on hand at the event, is a nonprofit organization that works in the community through humane education, assistance with exceptional cases, adoptions, community awareness, spay and neuter services and fostering of animals for people facing the ends of their lives until forever homes can be found. P3 Retail for Rescue, an upscale non-profit donation store that benefits animals located in downtown Landrum, supports P3’s mission.

The application deadline for becoming a Paws in Landrum sponsor is February 1, and the application deadline for Paws in Landrum vendors is February 28.

The Joe Cunningham, Jr. Market Pavillion is located at 221 W. Rutherford St. For more details, contact the organizers at (864) 457-3694 or P3retailforrescue@gmail.com.
