LANDRUM—Page & Flame bookstore will be hosting a Supervolcano talk on Sunday, July 21, from 1 to 2 p.m. Former Polk County resident Savannah Devine will discuss her work at the University of New Mexico and share her experience using satellite data to study the Valles Caldera. 

Devine has a B.S. in Geology and an M.S. in Earth and Planetary Sciences. She will be attending University College Dublin this fall. 

Page & Flame will also be hosting a book signing on Saturday, July 27. Author Drew Hines will sign his book, Hidden History of the Dark Corner, from 2 to 4 p.m.
