Free talk part of its Healthy Living Series
COLUMBUS—As part of its Healthy Living Series, Polk County YMCA is holding a free talk at the Polk County Public Library in Columbus. The free event will take place on Thursday, January 11 from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
Entitled “How and Why to Make Bone Broth,” the event will feature Carolyn Erikson, a dietary consultant who focuses on gluten-free foods and essential oils.
Attendees will learn about the benefits of adding bone broth to their diet, as well as other nutritional tips. A free healthy snack will be served.
“If you’re in search of a simple way to include more gut-sustaining and immune-supporting foods in your diet, try bone broth,” says Erikson.
