All proceeds donated to Outreach
SALUDA—Heartwood Gallery in Saluda has officially kicked off its annual holiday ornament fundraiser, where all proceeds will be donated to Outreach, a nonprofit organization that has served thousands of Polk County residents who qualify for financial assistance.
The proceeds will be used to ensure that families will be able to enjoy a holiday dinner and to be able to gift children with toys, gift cards and experiences.
The ornament, which is a handmade lead-free pewter mistletoe design, is made by Beehive Handmade of Providence, Rhode Island.
Beehive Handmade is a group of American artists who are dedicated to crafting handmade gifts that celebrate life’s milestones and celebrations, specializing in metal artwork such as jewelry, kitchenware, ornaments and more.
“This year our mistletoe ornament reflects Heartwood’s ongoing commitment to strong community ties in this beautiful mountain home that we share,” says Shelley Dekay of the Heartwood Gallery.
The mistletoe ornament can be bought for $36 at Heartwood Gallery, located at 21 E Main St. in Saluda.
