Landrum Halloween Stroll set for Oct. 28

LANDRUM—The City of Landrum will hold its annual Halloween Stroll from 5 to 7 p.m. on Saturday, October 28
The event will feature lots of trick-or-treating at downtown businesses, spooky scarecrows and a costume contest at the center stage at 6 p.m. There will also be spooktacular, games, music and Life Springs Basketball on North Trade Avenue.
For the safety of the trick-or-treaters, the Landrum Police Department will begin road closures at 4 p.m. Closures will be on North Trade Avenue from the Landrum Depot to the Hare & Hound and continue from the railroad crossing at East Rutherford to Lyles Avenue. Roads will reopen at 7:30 p.m.
