Green Creek Fire Rescue is actively looking for community service-oriented individuals over the age of 18 who are interested in becoming a volunteer with our team. Our current volunteer membership consists of people from all walks of life for the purpose of being in service to their community while enjoying the fellowship that comes with being part of a team. Currently we have 35 volunteers on our roster with room for so many more. These members range from 18 to 70 years old. If you have previous experience in firefighting or emergency medicine, that is great. If you don’t, we will get you as much training as you want. Our membership meets on Monday evenings for a few hours of training. Beyond firefighting and first responders, there is a need for members to pitch in with administrative and maintenance tasks.
