Columbus dentist’s office welcomes new face 

 

COLUMBUS––Columbus welcomes a new dentist, Dr. Shane Van Oostendorp, DMD, as he introduces himself to the community

 

Earlier this year, Dr. David Wagner, DMD, of Saluda passed away suddenly at the age of 66. The staff at his dental practice in Columbus mourned the loss of Dr. Wagner and now welcome a new face at the office.

Dr. Van Oostendorp introduces himself to the community by expressing his gratefulness to the community for their support during this transition. He is married and has three children.

He says his desire is to help patients improve and maintain their dental health. “I enjoy being a dentist and building personal relationships with my patients in an effort to treat the person, not just the tooth,” Dr. Van Oostendorp says.

Dr. Van Oostendorp adds that the staff at the Columbus office – Rita, Nicky, Deb, Karen, Linda, Reba, and Katie – are all looking forward to continuing caring for community families “with the same excellent care provided previously by Dr. David Wagner.”
