Walker, Wallace & Emerson Realty is pleased to welcome Jeremy Spurlin to its real estate team.  Jeremy was born and raised in Polk County.  He is a true local and loves the area. His family has worked and lived here for generations so you could say “he knows it like the back of his hand.” He and Tiffany raise their 4-year-old daughter here and according to Jeremy “plain and simple, we love it here. There is no other place I’d rather call home than right here. This is paradise.”

Jeremy graduated from Polk County High School and immediately began working at Advanced Cleaning Systems. He worked there for many years before the opportunity arose to buy the owner out and take over the company himself.  Since then, he has grown it into a very successful company, specializing in getting homes ready to go on the market for sale or getting a recently purchased home ready to move into. Jeremy is now ready for an additional venture helping people buying and selling their homes.

Madelon Wallace, broker-in-charge at Walker, Wallace and Emerson Realty says Jeremy is known for “going that extra mile” for his clients.
