Road closed for repairs until July 19
COLUMBUS—White Oak Mountain Road in Columbus was shut down on July 7 and will be closed until July 19, according to Polk County Emergency Management.
The road, state road 1136, is being repaired to fill the slope of the road.
The county emergency management office said the fill slope will be repaired by soil nail by GSI Inc.
The road will be inspected by Polk County Maintenance.
