Four-year college and university students who are home for the summer can take a few classes at Isothermal Community College to get ahead. The best part is that those classes could be tuition free.

The Summer Transfer Scholarship is available for the second year. It is designed for a college student at another institution who wants to take advantage of Isothermal’s great value and convenience during their summer break.

Last year, the scholarship helped 24 students. So far this year, 10 have completed applications. The amount of the scholarship is based on the number of credits the student takes.
