A memorial service for Polk County Board of Education chairman and Tryon Fire Chief Geoffrey M. Tennant will be held Tuesday at 6 p.m. in Polk County High School’s auditorium.

For those wishing to pay their respects, Mr. Tennant’s body will lie in repose beginning Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Polk County High School.
