Polk County Superior Court results

In Polk County Criminal Superior Court Administrative Session on May 8, 2019, with Judge Pete Knight presiding, 54 cases were heard. Some cases were continued or dismissed.
The following persons were convicted of a crime:
Jolin Ayanna Brown was convicted of maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance. Brown was sentenced to 10 days in jail with credit for time served.
Akeen Wayne Carson was convicted of larceny of a firearm. Carson was sentence to 24 months supervised probation, a $50 fine and court costs.
Travis Cole Mosher was convicted of larceny. Mosher was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, $3,563 in restitution and court costs.
Mario Villagrana Salazar was convicted of possession of schedule II controlled substance. Salazar was sentenced to two years supervised probation, a $200 fine and court costs.
Billy Ray Smith Jr. was convicted of breaking and or entering and habitual felon. Smith was sentenced to 77-105 months in prison with 17 days credit.
