Terry F. Allen, 63, of Mill Spring, North Carolina, died Wednesday, July 4, 2018, at

his home.

He was the son of the late Willie Ted Allen and the late Mary Frances Green

Allen. Terry was a native of Polk County.

He was a member of First Baptist Church Rutherfordton, and a former deacon. He loved the University of North Carolina Tarheels, hiking and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife, Lucinda T. Allen; two Sons, Trabert Allen and fiancee Kristen Hatfield, and Wells Allen and girlfriend Ashley Royle; and four nieces, Darcy, Chloe and Mary Grace Compton, and Natalie Acevedo.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, July 8, 2018, at First Baptist Church Rutherfordton, with the Rev. Tim Marsh and the Rev. Dean Baughn officiating. The visitation will follow the memorial service in the fellowship hall.
