Having a litter situation which violates a town ordinance and is a potential fire hazard, I contacted the fire chief.

He responded immediately and looked at the problem. He transferred the information to the town manager, who said he would look into it. Today, the fire chief was back in touch apologizing for no response as of yet.

After the chief left, I printed the ordinance covering my situation and delivered it. I have no doubt that he immediately gave it to the town manager.

I have every expectation that the town manager’s response will be as timely and as courteous as that of the chief. This is a special place governed by special people.
