Polk County District Court Results

In Polk County District Court on Wednesday, April 4, 2018, with Judge Pete Knight presiding, 67 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

Dustin Allen Calvert was convicted of driving after consuming under age 21. Calvert was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $75 fine and court costs.

Akeen Wayne Carson was convicted of exceeding safe speed. Carson was fined $20 and court costs.

Jassmen Jaquin Counts was convicted of two counts of resisting public officer and driving while license revoked. Counts was sentenced to 28 days in jail with credit for time served.

Dustin James Deleon Jr. was convicted of possession of alcohol on Green River and deposit litter into public water. Deleon was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $50 fine and court costs.

Christine P. Deyoung was convicted of level three driving while impaired. Deyoung was sentenced to two years unsupervised probation, 72 hours of community service, a $150 fine and court costs.

Marissa Kirby Jackson was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia. Jackson was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for time served.

Zachery Payne Jackson was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Jackson was fined $20 and court costs.

David Leon Kimbrell was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Kimbrell was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.

Michael Dale Moore was convicted of fictitious/altered title/registration card/tag. Moore was fined $20 and court costs.
