Get a FreshStart in the New Year!

Make 2018 the year to quit smoking for life! Join facilitator Lisa West, registered respiratory therapist at St. Luke’s Hospital, for the American Cancer Society’s (ACS) FreshStart program to successfully kick the tobacco habit. The program, free to participants, will be held from 10:30 a.m.-noon, Monday-Friday, Jan. 23-26, 2018. The classes will be held in the boardroom at St. Luke’s Hospital.
This four-day class is designed to help people stop smoking for good. The FreshStart progam focuses on making the “stop smoking” experience positive and successful. Designed to help smokers understand the “why” and “how” of nicotine dependence, FreshStart will help participants master the first few days and manage obstacles such as concern for weight gain or withdrawals. With FreshStart, participants can stay smoke free forever.
