The Landrum Police Department issued the following report for October 2017.

Traffic

The Landrum Police Department issued 12 traffic citations including five speeding violations and two driving under suspension. There were no arrests.

Criminal

The Landrum Police Department issued 12 criminal citations including one unlawful conduct towards a child and two simple possession of marijuana charges. Officers made 13 arrests.

Criminal investigations

The Landrum Police Department investigated 9 criminal cases in October including two impersonating a police officer, one pointing and presenting a firearm, one financial transaction card fraud, one counterfeit money, one breaking and entering, two petty larceny, one auto breaking and one shoplifting charge.

Additional Department Activities

The 10 additional Landrum Police Department activities included six accident reports, three funeral escorts and 10 warning citations.
