Polk County District Court results

In Polk County District Court on Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2017, with Judge T. Mack Brittain presiding, 147 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.
The following persons were convicted of a crime:
Jessica Dale Braly was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Braly was fined $40 and court costs.
Stephen G. Burgess was convicted of level two driving while impaired. Burgess was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation, seven days in jail, 48 hours of community service, a $400 fine and court costs.
Taylor Andrew Childers was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Childers was fined $10 and court costs.
Kieya Michelle Cross was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Cross was fined $40 and court costs.
Raymond Doricchi was convicted of failure to appear. Doricchi was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for time served.
Scott A. Foster was convicted of larceny by trick and common law forgery. Foster was sentenced to 13 days in jail with credit for time served.
Jason Randall Gibbs was convicted of possess alcohol within 50 ft. of restricted area. Gibbs was fined $50 and court costs.
Stephanie Hope Lindsey was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Lindsey was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.
Robert Angelo Louis Jr. was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Louis was fined $40 and court costs.
Christopher S. Lynch was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Lynch was fined $100 and court costs.
Marquel Jhamon McCray was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. McCray was fined $40 and court costs.
Amy Lynette McCurry was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. McCurry was fined $40 and court costs.
Napoleon Mikaelyan was convicted of speeding 84 mph in a 70 mph zone. Mikaelyan was fined $100 and court costs.
Ashby Ingram Moore was convicted of possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Moore was fined $50 and court costs.
Kaleb David H. Patrie was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Patrie was sentenced to 90 days in prison.
Christopher J. Phelps was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Phelps was fined $40 and court costs.
Rebecca E. Renken was convicted of rear seat belt violation. Renken was fined $50.
James Hunter Rogers was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Rogers was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.
Erin Elizabeth Roy was convicted of obtain controlled substance by fraud/forgery. Roy was sentenced to two years supervised probation, three days in jail with credit for time served, a $250 fine and court costs.
Arthur Franklin Smith was convicted of assault on a female, reckless driving to endanger and resisting public officer. Smith was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.
Cody Austin Stallings was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 70 mph zone. Stallings was fined $100 and court costs.
Wilbur Streeter was convicted of driving while license revoked-impaired revocation. Streeter was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $100 fine and court costs.
Lisa Parker Terry was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Terry was fined $40 and court costs.
Adam Christopher Thompson was convicted of possess methamphetamine. Thompson was sentenced to two years supervised probation, 10 days in jail, a $200 fine and court costs.
Matthew Tyler Turner was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Turner was fined $40 and court costs.
Elijah Kyle Williams was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Williams was fined $40 and court costs.
Jonathan Leonard Younts was convicted of level two driving while impaired and driving while license revoked violation-restored license. Younts was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation, seven days in jail, 48 hours of community service, a $400 fine and court costs.
