During Polk County District Court on Monday, June 26, 2017, with Judge Athena Brooks presiding, 70 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

Anthony Darnell Gary was convicted of misdemeanor larceny. Gary was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and court costs.

Raleigh Justin Jackson was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia. Jackson was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $100 fine and court costs.

Christopher Allen Wilkinson was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Wilkinson was fined $40 and court costs.
