Carroll C. Campbell

Carroll Cecil Campbell, 77, of 810 Holston Creek Church Rd., died Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills, Landrum, S.C.
He was the husband of Betty Jean Reid Campbell of the home and the son of the late William Carl and Annabel Prewitte Campbell.
He was a retired real estate broker and was a member of the Inman Masonic Lodge and was a Hejaz Shriner. He also served 26 years as commissioner of the Inman-Campobello Water District.
Surviving are two sons, Ronnie (Deborah) of Hendersonville, N.C. and Rick (Terri) of Columbus, N.C.; two brothers, Willie Campbell of Boiling Springs, twin brother Farroll Campbell of Inman; three grandchildren, Lindsey Koehle (Dylan), Brooke Russell (Matthew), and Cassidy Campbell; and one great grandchild, Savannah Koehle. Mr. Campbell was predeceased by two sisters, Evelyn C. Ross and Doris C. Howell, and two brothers, Bud Campbell and Tip Campbell.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 19, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Gramling United Methodist Church, conducted by Rev. Rebecca Wilkins and Rev. Will Brown. Visitation will follow after the funeral in the church social hall.
