Ronald Keith Mosseller, 89, died on Monday, Jan. 23, 2017 at Spartanburg Regional Hospital.
Mr. Mosseller owned local world renowned Mills-Mosseller rug studio, making rugs for numerous governors’ mansions, as well as homes in the United States and Europe. He was very active in the community and was one of the founders of Tryon Little Theater and The Friendship Council. He was known as a very giving person and was always ready to help those in need. Mr. Mosseller was a devoted member of the Baha’i Faith.
Mr. Mosseller was preceded in death by a sister Elizabeth Dobbyn of Asheville, N.C.
Surviving are a niece, Lili Dobbyn, and a nephew, Todd Mosseller. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, Jan. 26, 2017 at 2 p.m. in Good Shepherd Cemetery, Tryon, N.C. with Jerome Glassman officiating.
