During the month of November 2016, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office answered 869 calls for service.

There were 19 felony arrests, 30 misdemeanor arrests and 24 citations issued.

Officers completed 1,597 house checks, 3,645 business checks, 1,725 church checks, assisted the public 12 times, served 63 civil papers, 39 criminal papers and patrolled 26,716 miles.

The Polk County Jail booked a total of 75 inmates, including 52 males and 23 females.
