Chimney Rock State Park Naturalist Emily Walker visited the Polk County Public Library Wednesday night to teach children and their parents about nocturnal creatures ranging from toads and snakes to opossums and owls. Those in attendance received lessons and facts from Walker about these animals and got to see them alive and up close during the presentation. Following the presentation, Walker answered questions about each animal.  (Photos by Michael O’Hearn)
