In a Polk County Superior Court Administrative Session on Oct. 12, 2016, with Judge Mark E. Powell presiding, 108 cases were heard. Some cases were dismissed or continued.

The following person was convicted of a crime:

Andrew Thomas Lourigan was convicted of eight counts of misdemeanor larceny. Lourigan was sentenced to 45 days in jail with credit for time served.
