Polk County Public Library hosts Pokemon Party at Stearns Park

Jen Pace Dickenson and Amelia Derr from the Polk County Public Library hosted a Pokemon Party at Stearns Park Wednesday afternoon. They welcomed a crowd of 50 kids and parents to play the wildly successful PokemonGo augmented reality app, and to enjoy activities including Pokemon tie-dye stations, PokemonGo team button making, arts and crafts and a scavenger hunt for Pokemon around the park.
