On Friday, Aug. 19, members of the Polk County Mental Health Task Force (St. Luke’s Hospital, White Oak Independent Living, Laurel Hurst, Tryon Estates, and Autumn Care of Saluda) collectively surprised local law enforcement officers at Polk County Sheriff’s Office and Columbus, Saluda, and Tryon Police Departments with a breakfast of fruit, juice, and sausage biscuits.
