The Columbus farmers market season is in full swing. According to Erica Shanks, market manager, 31 vendors have signed up this year. The market will be open each Saturday in front of the Polk County Courthouse from 8 a.m. to noon and will feature local vegetables, meats, crafts, plants and a variety of foods.
