The Polk County House of Flags Museum at 33 Gibson Street in Columbus is flying the tricolor flag of Belgium at half-staff through March 26 out of respect for the terrorist attack that occurred Tuesday in Brussels, Belgium, killing 31 and injuring as many as 300 more. According to Joyce Preston, board member at the House of Flags, the museum is the only place in Polk County to be flying a Belgian flag at half-staff. (Photo by Michael O’Hearn)
