Elizabeth Hague Pace, 88, passed away Saturday, Oct. 31, at The Hospice House of Rutherford County, in Forest City, N.C.

She was the daughter of the late William and Maude Hague.  She was the wife of the late Donald Edwards, Gurley Patty Jr. and G.L. Pace.

Elizabeth is survived by two daughters, Margaret Durham of Columbus, N.C., and Shirley Peach of Morganton, N.C. Also surviving is one sister, Molly Stokes of Columbus, N.C., five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, two great- great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by a brother and four sisters.

A funeral will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2015 at McFarland Funeral Chapel, Tryon, N.C., with Rev. Bobby Capps and Rev. David Webb officiating.

Burial will follow at Polk Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 1 – 1:45 p.m. prior to the service.
