Adeline Mary Kenny, of Tryon, N.C., died on April 4, 2015. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Anthony and Julliana Bush Powers and widow of James Joseph Kenny.

She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Tryon for 35 years.

She is survived by her sister, Grace McMahon of Columbus, N.C.; a brother, Stanley Powers of Clinton Township, Mich.; and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church conducted by Father Roger Arnsparger.

Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township, Mich.
