At the next Pea Ridge gathering on Thursday, Aug. 14 at 7 p.m., Robert Williamson of the House of Flags Museum in Columbus will discuss the House of Flags Museum and the genealogy of the President’s Flag of the USA 1915-1959. Everyone is invited to attend to hear this interesting presentation.  Please bring snacks and a beverage.

As a matter of public service, the Polk County mobile recycling truck will be at the Pea Ridge Community Center as the truck picks up recyclables on the second Thursday of each month from 6:15 – 7 p.m. just prior to the gathering. The center is located at 207 Big Level Road, 3-1/2 miles east of Mill Spring, off Highway 108. You may also bring empty egg cartons which will be saved for and delivered to the Mill Spring Ag Center later.
