The ninth annual PCHS Girls Basketball & Boys Golf Fund-raiser Tournament was held Saturday May 3. The format was an 18 – hole captains choice.
The winning team with a score of 56 was John Albree, Jim Shirley, Jerry Perry, & Gordy High. They won the tie breaker in a card play-off over the team of Jeremy Yoder, Jeff Scanlin, Jim Hemphill, & Fred Edwards Jr. John Albree won the putting contest that was held before the tournament play began. The Closest to the pin winners were Jim Shirley & Vernon Dusenbury. Polk County Girls Basketball Coach Brandy Alm along with Boys Golf Coaches Trey Dusenbury & Jim Hemphill would like to thank all of the area sponsors for their continued support of this successful tournament.
