Polk district court results

In Polk County District Court held Wednesday, May 1 with Judge Emily Cowan presiding, 53 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.
The following persons were convicted of a crime:
James Arthur Austin II was convicted of intoxicated and disruptive. Austin was sentenced to four days in jail with credit for time served.
Christopher S. Winslow was convicted of misdemeanor larceny after break/enter. Winslow was sentenced to 19 days in jail with credit for time served.
