Assistant District Attorney C.C. Walker said this week that scheduling was impossible to try the case next week, but that a special session will likely be made to hold the murder trial, possibly between now and the next superior court session in October.
Clark&squo;s sister, Ida Hayes Clark was also charged with accessory after the fact of murder, but was released on bond.
The Polk County Sheriff&squo;s Office found the body of Jay Clark, V, in September, 2006 buried beside the home of 200 Possum Trot Lane in Columbus where Hayes Clark and Miller lived.
The autopsy showed that Clark, V was shot and then his body dismembered and burned prior to being buried.
