Polk district court results

In Polk County District Court held Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012 with Judge Athena F. Brooks presiding, 65 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.
The following persons were convicted of a crime (names are printed as they appear in court records):
Jonathan Edward Anderson was convicted of three counts of misdemeanor larceny and three counts of misdemeanor break or enter a motor vehicle. Anderson was sentenced to 45 days in jail with 85 days credit for time served.
Andrew Kyle Buckner was convicted of possession of malt beverage/unfortified wine while not 19 or 20 years old and failure to appear on misdemeanor. Buckner was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $100 fine and court costs.
Zack Michael Carr was convicted of four counts of misdemeanor larceny and three counts of misdemeanor break or enter a motor vehicle. Carr was sentenced to 45 days in jail with credit for time served.
Donald Lee Connor was convicted of three counts of misdemeanor probation violation out of county and one count of felony probation out of county. Connor was sentenced to 30 days in jail for each count and a $75 fine.
Lyudmyla Knaus was convicted of operating a vehicle with impaired equipment. Knaus was fined $40 and court costs.
Anita Jeanette Peeler was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia. Peeler was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $100 fine and court costs.
Joshua Kane Toney was convicted of misdemeanor larceny. Toney was sentenced to five days in jail with credit for time served.
