The Polk Baptist Association met for its spring quarterly meeting at Faith Baptist Church on Thursday, April 26.
The group considered a marriage amendment resolution stating that the Polk Baptist Association affirms the scripture’s definition of God’s plan for marriage between one man and one woman as stated in Genesis 2:24 and Matthew 19:4-6 of God’s word.
The association voted unanimously in favor of the resolution.
